Currently the login feature is part of main menu and if the menu items are hidden in menu bar, it’s not easy to find login option. As a customer even I had to struggle to find it as I wasn’t expecting it hidden inside menu bar. It should be easy to find login/logout even if the menu bar is used.

Changed the title from "Easy access to login/logout. Possibly a login icon next to cart" to "Add option to keep login/account icon on header when style set to Menu icon"
