Redesign cart when discount is active#36

Currently, when a discount is active, the cart simply displays the discounted total and the discount in a very discreet manner.

It would be great if this was redesigned to highlight the fact that the total is discounted.
Perhabs show the undiscounted total crossed out and the new total beneath. Maybe the same with the individual product prices. Standard price crossed out, new discounted price next to it or beneath it. There would be lot’s of ways to do it but the current one, while looking good and minimal, doesn’t seem very motivating for customers to convert when a discount is active.

I just helped another merchant with this theme that expressed a similar sentiment with discounted products. I’m not sure whether this original feature request meant only discount codes, but it should work with products that are on sale too!
