Show swatch name when hovering over a swatch on the product page#170

There was a question about this a couple of years ago marked as solved but when I hover over our swatches for finishes - no text appears.
Is this something currently available or in the works?

Since Finishes for products are often wither colors or custom elements (ex “brushed nickel”), it would be useful for customers to see that name if they hover over a swatch.

If this is not currently an option, can this be enabled in the future?

Hi Maria! I just took a look back at the original post, and it looks like the request was to have the selected swatch color name shown on the product page (so not necessarily revealing on hover). This was to bring back a feature that we had lost in the process to OS2.

That said, I’ll definitely keep this new post up as a new feature suggestion! Thanks so much for mentioning it.
