Quick Shop without redirect to cart page#17

Currently, when adding an item to the cart using quick shop on the collection page, the user get’s redirected to the cart page.

I have observed how several customers had to go back to the collection page to put more items to the cart using the quick shop feature, basically ending up in a loop.

The redirect is imo not necessary. If the drawer cart opens, there is a link to the cart anyways so if the customer does want to go there, he can using this link. If he wants to add more items using quick shop, he can do so without using the back button x times.

Hi @Mail! When a quick shop item is added, it’s added to the cart drawer, but the cart drawer stays on the current page- they shouldn’t have to navigate back to the collection if they close the cart drawer.
If that’s not the case for you, would you mind sending over a link to your store so we can take a look?

Hi Kyle, it’s Daniel from Senkels. Yes, I observed customers being redirected to the cart page after using quick shop.

Very strange! We’ll investigate further, but I’m going to archive this as it does (or at least is supposed to) behave the way you describe out of the box.
