Option to include content within the mosaic grid's image on mobile#141

Right now, when the mosaic grid switches to mobile view - the grid block’s content is pushed below the image with a left alignment.

Some merchants would like the ability to keep the content overtop of the image, and/or the ability to change the text alignment to center.

It would be nice to add a mobile layout toggle for: content within or content after, as well as a mobile-specific text alignment toggle.
