Redesign mobile cart page to be more like cart drawer#14

On mobile, the line items on the cart page are stacked with full-width images, which can put the footer and checkout button out of the frame. If the line items were more like the cart drawer, it would save some vertical space and bump up the checkout button.
The first image shows how the drawer cart displays line items, and the second is how the cart page displays them.

This was needed to be changed when they launched the theme. Current cart on mobile is a disaster. Totally agree!
