Add "continue shopping" link in cart pages to increase average order value#138

Adding a suggestion here in behalf of a merchant:

“I would assume this is a very common feature but for some reason Lorenza doesn’t have it. Would like to add a continue shopping link on the cart pages to make it easier for people to add more things to their cart.”
