More options for section specific font controls#128

I would like to be able to have different font sizes for different sections on the site, as currently you can only apply body text size for all body text throughout the site, including product titles, NAV headings etc.
Also I would like to be able to removes text decoration from hyperlinks for certain sections depending on the background colour.
