Improve Footer customization options#117

Improve Footer customization and functionality with:

• Option to add more than 4 blocks (as in Dawn)
• Option to add links (such as “Privacy,” “Terms & Conditions” and “Do not sell my info”) to bottom of home page rather than having to add to footer Nav menus
• As requested in #87, provide more options for Social Icon size and position
