More color options for buttons#100

Because some button backgrounds and text are controlled by the general accent and background colors, this sometimes results in undesirable color matches. Either general button color options or section-specifc button color options might be a handy feature to add.

Additional button colors have been added in Lorenza v5! Closely following that was the option to change button styles between “Solid” and “Border” as well, as global settings. We hope this will scratch this itch!
